AI Organization Help
If a record was saved but AI organization failed, timed out, or produced information that looks wrong, keep the record in the app and contact support with the approximate time, device type, and record title. Do not email full medical documents unless support specifically asks for them.
Medical Emergencies
PawBrief cannot provide emergency service or veterinary advice. If your pet may be sick, injured, or in danger, contact a veterinarian or emergency clinic immediately.
